Jurisprudence: phiolosophy of law

In this document we go through the context of contracts and obligationes that bound us by our civil law. There are two types of obligationes, civil (established by laws), and praetorian (established by athourity-honrary). Within this document nither obligationes or stipulaito is made by a written contract unless made earnest, stating that when a contract is made it is considered within moral principle or the old words of contract to be followed. Contracts which concern buying and selling however when made are created by specific time and place as long as the money has beeen decided upon first. Penalties can be made in which if the debter does not pay or is late but that must be only after the requirement ( more than a day over) is past due and the contractor has agreed to the pentalty stated in the beginings of the contract. A contract can only be broken or made void if it has been purchased around religous or ascred ground. Those who have created these contracts and obligationes belive within the contractor and the basic structure of the agreement leaves no room for false pretext, so it can bee said that a contract once made creats a bond of some kind within all parties.

Eastern and Western Europe: The problem of boundaries

The makings and creatings of boundries are never easy when you can never tell where to draw the line and political differences get in the way. Such a thing happend when the issues of dividing the Eastern and Western Europe came about especial considering many states sat along the border lines. It has been considered the dividing by reginols and cultural differences, however seeing as some states such as Salvs are divide between Orthodox or not, it caused some high contraversies and violence. And when economic centers began to differ along with alliances, dividing them within political criteria would not help. Other interferances came in the way such as the Mongol invasion, just intensify the division for centuries after the post classical war. All these occurences still keep it divided within itself with no real conclusion throught the division.
